Bellerín To Miss The Rest Of The Season:-

Arsenal's Right Back, Hector Bellerin sustained an season ending cruciate knee ligament in Saturday's 2-0 win over rivals Chelsea. He went down in the 72nd minutes while challenging for the ball, but there was no contact involve. He looked in agony immediately and was carried out from the pitch on a stretcher. This is the third season ending injury that an Arsenal player have picked up this season, other two being Danny Welbeck and Rob Holding, which narrows the squad even more. It is an issue for concern for the back-in-form Arsenal side, as their other options at right back are Stephen Litchenstiner, who's in awful form and Ainsley Maitland Niles, a make shift right back and Carl Jenkinson, who hasn't played at the highest level much in last two season.

Sven Mislantat's Exit Confirmed:-

Arsenal announced on Monday that head of recruitment Sven Mislintat would be leaving the Premier League club next month. The former Borussia Dortmund man was appointed in November 2017, thus he's leaving the club after only being in the position for 14 months.

Arsenal's official website quoted,
"Sven has been with us since December 1, 2017 and has done a truly outstanding job in helping us recruit players who are making a big impact now and will do so even more in the future.

"We wish him every success for the future and thank him for his extremely hard work on behalf of Arsenal."

Major reasons sighted for his departure are disagreement with the new management at Arsenal, in particular with Raul Sanllehi and Unai Emery.

Marc Overmars, Edu and Mochi has been in news for being considered by Arsenal for the soon-to-be vacant head of recruitment role.

Auba-Laca's Bromance:-

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandera Lacazette have formed an amazing partnership on and off the field, and as they continue to score goals consistently on the field, they don't miss out on giving reasons to us to adore their chemistry off the field. Lacazette had a great game against Chelsea, and Aubameyang was quick to make a case for him to the manager.

After the match, he was quoted saying,
“It was really nice,”

“I think we did a lot of runs, a lot of efforts for the team, we worked a lot and of course we are happy when we play together because we have such a good feeling between us. It was cool.”

On being asked if he wanted to play more alongside the Frenchman, Aubameyang added: “Why not?

“Sincerely, I hope so because when you have a striker like Alex near to you then he’s really good to play with. I hope we will play more games together.

“Since I joined Arsenal he was here and he came to me and talked to me and now we are going well, we have the same vision about football and I love him! He’s a great guy.

“It is nice between us, it’s not a bad rivalry, we are friends. When one is going well the other is happy and that’s the most important thing, to do well.

“I can do a bit more. I hope I will. I try to. I hope I will do it.

“This win was very important. We knew that it was important to get a result. It’s a very good win for us because now we are only three points from Chelsea. We’re not far. We will try to keep the distance very low.

“This gives us a lot of confidence that we can finish the season well.”
