Christopher Nkanku Maybe On His Way To Arsenal
Arsenal's have shown interest in PSG's 21-year-old midfielder as they look to strengthen their squad amongst an injury crisis.
Nkunku has been a surplus to requirements under the new boss Thomas Tuchel, and would be interested in a move to the Emirates, considering he had a great time under the current Arsenal boss Unai Emery back at PSG.
James Rodriguez Dream Might Come True
James Rodriguez has been tipped to join the Gunners in the Summer with his future still unclear as he hasn't been a gurranted starter under the current boss Niko Kovač.
Arsenal has already lost Ramsey with the Welshman set to join Juventus in summer and Mesut Ozil's situation only looks worst, so Arsenal might end up without an attacking midfielder in the summer. And Rodriguez looks like the front runner to fill the spot, and to be honest, we all know how good that guy is, so I guess we need him more than he needs us.
Emery Backs United's Decision To Sack Mourinho
Unai Emery had no sympathy for Mourinho as he backs Manchester United's decision to sack the Portuguese.
He termed it "normal" for United to sack him, as "they lost a lot of points".
“I was not surprised because this team has big players and can think about winning the Premier League,” Emery told reporters.
“They can be in the position to win the league, but the reality is they have lost a lot of points this season.”
Mesut Ozil Starts On The Bench, Again
Arsenal choose to continue with the diamond formation used for their match against the blues.
Their was a couple of changes in the lineup though, as Petr Cech replaced Bernd Leno in the goal post, Ainsley Maitland Niles taking injured Bellerín's palace, Alex Iwobi took Ramsey's spot as the Welshman was pushed back in central midfield to replace Mattéo Guendouzi. Though the big news from the lineup was the absence of Mesut Ozil, again. German's future continues to look abysmal at Emirates.
